Ignite your inner spark through a deep and fiery flow sequence that will prime the hips for deep release and aligned flow of energy throughout the entire pelvis. This workshop will be a combination of dynamic sweat inducing vinyasa flow + slow deep hip opening poses and movements that will coax the hips and lower back into a balanced and deep release. This sequence will help you skillfully access all 6 directions of the hips range through active, passive and somatic movements.
Complimenting the physical practice, Steph will introduce the chakras and vayus associated with the hips and how paying attention to the subtle body can help us manage some of the emotional backlog that can occur over time and create tightness and holding in this area of the body.
Leave with simple strategies you can use at home that will help you maintain good flow throughout the body/mind/heart complex.
All Levels are welcome though some experience with Vinyasa Yoga is recommended.
