Join me this MAY 20-27TH at the stunning beachfront resort, Mar de Jade for a week of yoga, nourishing farm to table food, friendship, pool, sea, sand, and spa.
The week will include 3 meals a day, 2 yoga classes a day and transport to and from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, if needed. You may choose to lounge on the swimmable beach or by the pool, nap, read, or whatever your heart desires day to day. There are excellent spa services and excursions available separately. This will be a fun, transformative and stress free week for unwinding, rest and rejuvenation.
