The concept of contentment is fairly straight forward in theory. In practice, however, it can become elusive. We will dive into the concept of contentment (santosha) as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali through asana, chanting, mantra, mudra, and pranayama. This will be a well-rounded vinyasa practice with emphasis on twists, forward folds, and hip openers. All levels though some experience with vinyasa is recommended
